Jo Surkitt

 

Jo, a Wellness Educator, Keynote Speaker, and Practitioner with over two decades of experience in creating positive change and healthy choices in people's lives. Jo specializes in Professional and Personal Development, Leadership, Health and Wellbeing, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Resilience, and Emotional Intelligence.

Her mission is to inspire, motivate, educate, and assist people in creating a life of balance and fulfillment, both at work and at home. She has helped many people in her 25 years in the wellbeing field to achieve their goals and improve their overall happiness and wellbeing.

Her approach is grounded in simplicity, and I teach simple tools and techniques that people can easily apply to their daily lives. Jo is passionate about helping people achieve their full potential, and I believe that everyone deserves to lead a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life.

Jo is a proud mother, passionate traveler, and a practitioner who has successfully overcome chronic illnesses like Chronic Fatigue, Bilharzia, Bells Palsy, Neuropathy and Fibromyalgia, through Intuitive Intelligence, alternative medicine, lifestyle, and food changes. Her journey into wellness began in the 90s when working in the travel and tourism industry. Jo was diagnosed with multiple chronic illnesses, and no western medicine or techniques were improving her condition. Jo was diagnosed with ADHD in 2016 and has been working with neurodivergent adults and children for over 20 years in clinic and retreats and workshops to assist in making lives of people with busy minds easier.  Jo has many Aha moment's with her ADHD and loves sharing her brain and life hacks with peoiple to help enhance the lives of people with a neurodivergent brain.

Rebecca Winkler

Rebecca is a qualified Naturopath with over 15 years of clinical experience, dedicated to holistic health and the transformative power of natural medicine. Based on the surf coast of Victoria, she balances her bustling clinical practice in Jan Juc with raising her two energetic sons. Rebecca's expertise spans nutrition, herbal medicine, and a strong belief in food as medicine, with a particular focus on gut health as foundational to overall wellness. She is passionate about gut and brain health and Women’s health, including, integrating her knowledge of ADHD and brain and gut health into her practice.

Rebecca's journey includes GAPS practitioner training and a fellowship with the Mindd Foundation, enhancing her approach to conditions like fatigue, hormonal imbalance, brain function and digestive issues. She advocates for her clients with compassion and commitment, empowering them to thrive through personalized, integrative care.
